No. Each player is permitted to hold only one py2ph account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the password reset option on the login page rather than creating a new account.

After registering, go to your Account Settings and select Verify Identity. You will need to upload a clear photo or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued ID. Accepted documents include:

  • UMID (SSS/GSIS)
  • PRC ID
  • Voter's ID
You may also be asked to submit a selfie holding your ID. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours on business days. You will receive an email notification once your account is fully verified.

On the py2ph login page, click Forgot Password and enter the email address linked to your account. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes — check your spam or junk folder if it does not appear in your inbox. Click the link, set a new secure password, and you are good to go. If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact py2ph support for further assistance.
Deposits & Payments

py2ph supports a wide range of Philippine payment channels to make depositing as convenient as possible. Currently accepted methods include:

This low entry point is designed to make py2ph accessible to players across the Philippines — whether you are in Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, or anywhere else in the country. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. You can view your current limits in your Account Settings under the Deposits section.

Most deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your py2ph account instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to 30 minutes during business hours, and longer on weekends or public holidays. If your deposit has not appeared after 2 hours, contact py2ph support with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

py2ph does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may apply their own transaction fees depending on the transfer type. We recommend checking with your payment provider before initiating a transfer if you are unsure about potential charges on their end.
Withdrawals & Winnings

To withdraw, log in to your py2ph account and go to Wallet > Withdraw. Select your preferred withdrawal method, enter the amount you wish to cash out, and confirm the request. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method you used to deposit, in line with our anti-money laundering policy. Make sure your account is fully KYC-verified before requesting a withdrawal — unverified accounts cannot process cashouts.

Withdrawal processing times at py2ph are as follows:
  • GCash / PayMaya: Usually within 1–4 hours
  • BPI / BDO / Metrobank: 1–3 business days
  • InstaPay: Within a few hours on business days
Processing times may be longer during peak periods, weekends, or Philippine public holidays. First-time withdrawals may take slightly longer due to additional security checks. You will receive an email notification once your withdrawal has been approved and sent.

Yes. The minimum withdrawal amount on py2ph is ₱200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification steps as part of our compliance obligations. If you have questions about a specific withdrawal amount, contact our support team before submitting the request.

Common reasons for a withdrawal being declined or delayed include:
  • Incomplete KYC verification — your account must be fully verified
  • Active bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been met
  • Withdrawal amount below the ₱200 minimum
  • Mismatch between your py2ph account name and your payment account name
  • Suspected fraudulent activity triggering a security review

Bonuses & Promotions

py2ph offers a welcome bonus for new players upon their first deposit. The specific bonus amount and terms are displayed on the promotions page at the time of registration. Welcome bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — meaning you need to wager the bonus amount a certain number of times before it can be withdrawn as cash. Always read the full bonus terms before opting in so you know exactly what is required.

A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) is the number of times you must wager a bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable. For example, if you receive a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of ₱10,000 in bets using that bonus before you can cash it out. Different games may contribute differently toward wagering — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less. Check the specific bonus terms for full details.

To claim a promotion, log in to your py2ph account and navigate to the Promotions section. Click on the offer you want to claim and follow the instructions — some bonuses are automatically credited on deposit, while others require you to enter a bonus code in the cashier before depositing. If a bonus code is required, enter it exactly as shown (codes are case-sensitive). Bonuses can only be claimed once per player unless stated otherwise.

Yes. If you prefer to play without bonuses — for example, to avoid wagering requirements on your withdrawals — you can opt out of bonus offers in your Account Settings under Bonus Preferences. Once opted out, no bonuses will be automatically applied to your deposits. You can opt back in at any time. Note that once a bonus has been credited to your account and you have started wagering with it, it generally cannot be removed without forfeiting the bonus amount.

Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Go to Account Settings > Responsible Gaming > Self-Exclusion. Choose your preferred exclusion period — 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanent — and confirm. Your account is blocked immediately and cannot be reopened during the exclusion period, even if you contact support to request it. Your balance is safely held and can be withdrawn at any time during the exclusion.
